1. Who we are
repairprod is a SaaS platform operated by CloudStack Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. CloudStack Solutions LLC is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at privacy@repairprod.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a strong cryptographic hash). We also collect usage data such as which labs you start, their results, and billing records processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
3. How we use data
We use your data to operate the service: provision lab boxes, grade submissions, generate reports, process payments, send transactional emails, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Payments
Payment processing is handled entirely by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record and the legal reseller of the Service. We never see or store your credit card details. Dodo Payments may store your payment method according to its own privacy policy, and it is responsible for global VAT and US sales-tax compliance.
5. Lab box data
Lab boxes are ephemeral and destroyed after each session. The contents of a box are not retained after destruction. Validation results and the commands used to grade your work are stored to power reports and progress tracking.
6. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, we anonymize or delete personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (for example, billing history).
7. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting support or using the account deletion flow. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies and consent
We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you consent, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.
